I mixed up the colours..Black,Yellow,Magenta, Blue in clockwise order. I'll keep cleaning it until I need to replace it. Mine are visibly not in alignment with each other... And since it has happened to both machines then I thought this may be a common problem that someone might have experienced. Source Followed the instructions by fatalerror16h and cleaned the stick stuff off the shiny plastic with goo gone and it works perfectly now.

Here it says "Press in the toner carousel latch" but has no further information for where to find this latch; and there is no diagram with a label saying "caousel latch". My advise is offered freely based on my personal knowledge. Solution : manually take out and reinstall ALL cartridges and reboot.

I cannot get into the reset menu because of the error.
