I don't have Windows 7 on this machine, so I'm not sure exactly how to fix it, but I have run into this on other machines. When a VI is opened in a newer version, LabVIEW recompiles the VI for the newer version. To correct this error, verify that the file is not in use by another application and that file permissions are set correctly.
